Millennials make up the second largest demographic in Canada. One by one, we are entering the real estate market as first time home buyers. In my short interview with CBC Radio One, I explain my own experience getting into the market, the process I use with clients to make sure a mortgage is feasible, and of course provide some tips to future first time home buyers.
